Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

300g of bread
3/4 cup of condensed milk
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp of marjerin
1 cap of vanilla essence

process:
1) Mix all of the ingredients except the bread.
2) Arrange the bread on the bottom of the tray.
3) Pour in the mixture and let it soak into the bread.
4) Bake it at 180 degrees for about an hour.

Brownies

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of bicarbonate soda
Some nuts

Process:
1) mix all of the ingredients together to make it's batter. If batter is too hard you may add some low fat milk.
2) Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.

Bread Fritters

Ingredients:

A loaf of bread
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup rice flour
A glass of water
A pinch of salt

A:
1 onion
1 chilli
A handful of anchovies
4 stalks of cilantro leaves

optional:
carrots
curry powder
1 egg

Process:
1) Cut each slice of bread into 4 small squares. Then leave it aside
2) Finely chop the ingredients in A.
3) Mix A and the two types of flour together.
4) Add in water and stir but make sure batter is not to diluted.
5) Dip the bread pieces into the batter and fry in hot oil.
